ORDER INFORMATION

You will see a confirmation page after completing your shopping experience. If you provided a valid e-mail address during the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the items purchased and the final cost.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can no longer be canceled or modified. If you would like to make changes to your order, you will have to place a return once you receive your purchase. Please see our return policy for additional information.

While we make every effort to maintain ample supplies of our inventory, occasionally we may run out of certain items. In some cases, certain items may be restocked, and a message will be sent stating the approximate restocking date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept backorders at this time.

Most Made-On-Demand (MOD) orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding holidays. After processing, please allow 5 to 12 business days to receive your order, excluding holidays and depending on your location. Please note these are estimates. Delivery times are based on the location and the carrier used to ship your order. Some Made-On-Demand (MOD) items are shipped directly from our manufacturers right here in the United States while others are shipped directly from our international manufacturers. This information will be noted on the items detail page. Some items may ship separately.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information and a direct link to track the status of your package.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear online.

CynthiaWells.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Cynthia Wells Gift Cards, and Cynthia Wells Store Credit (USD).

We do not accept CODs, Personal Checks, or Money Orders.

CynthiaWells.com is required by law to collect sales tax for all orders delivered to New Jersey, excluding apparel and footwear. New Jersey State Law also requires sales tax to be charged on shipping for orders delivered to New Jersey. At this time sales tax does not apply to orders delivered to other states. Please note that this is subject to change as determined by individual state law.
